Massage
I design a massage specific to your needs, whether you want to relax or work on a more targeted area using a variety of massage styles. My philosophy is to always remain client centered. I want to hear from you and what you would like to get out of your experience with me. I believe that your body and needs are unique to you and together we can find the best ways in which to support this. Choose from either a 60, 90 min or 120 minute session.
All massages take place at Yess Yoga’s Kapha wellness room.
A continued working goal of Soulstice is to provide body work that is accessible. A few sliding scale slots are available every week. Please choose the sliding scale option under services. If the sliding scale still presents a barrier please reach out to me directly. I will try my best to work with you.

Class Descriptions
Yin: Yin yoga is a practice meant to work deep into the connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for anywhere from 1-10 minutes and props are sometimes used as additional supports. It is great for releasing tension and quieting the mind. The Yin incorporates aspects from ancient Chinese medicine and is based on the philosophy of living a balanced life. Yin is suitable for all levels as this practice is meant to meet you wherever you are.
SlowFlow: A slower paced Vinyasa class. Breath to movement is still used but at a slower pace, poses can be held anywhere from 3-5 breaths. The focus is body awareness by incorporating the breath and allowing for time to arrive in the postures. This practice is suitable for all levels.
